Family loved it! Added some cornstarch paste to thicken the gravy right before it was done (at boil stage) and it was almost licked off the plates! Excellent!

The recipe is good but basically for one person. Adjusting it to make for a family was a little tricky; I think my oil, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar were too much and required more cooking time but flavor-wise it came out good. My husband said he'd prefer rice instead of fries.
