It came out really good, my husband is Peruvian, so I had a tough audience. The one thing I didn’t have was the aji amarillo paste and I substituted that with rocoto. Let’s just say I passed the test and I will definitely make it again. The recipe is easy to follow and it it’s quick. Love it! Sorry, no picture, we ate it all before I could think to take a picture. Next time!

Delicious!
Amarillo paste was tough to find but finally found it on Amazon prime. Only used one tablespoon, three for me was too hot.
