Another dish that has become a staple in my meal planning standards. You can pre cook the rice ahead of time and just reheat with coconut milk/cream and only have to worry about ground beef gravy and onions and egg. people ask what's for dinner and if I say Loco Moco, more people show up than I anticipated. Deeeelish!
