- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt (plus more for the pasta water, I actually like to cook my pasta with a bit of Seafood Stock to add to the flavor…but it’s not necessary!)
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 lb. cheeses (– mild and sharp cheddar, Kraft actually makes an AWESOME Triple Cheddar Blend)
- 3 oz. grated Gruyere
- 1/2 lb. cooked bacon (– Diced)
- 6 lobster tails (medium size, I always try to snag them when they’re on sale for $4 a piece at my local market to cut cost down)
- 1 Tbsp. cracked pepper (– Fresh)
- 2 Frank's Red Hot Sauce
