- 2 bell peppers (colored, finely chopped)
- 1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 bunch cilantro (minced)
- 2 zucchini (medium, finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire
- 2 cloves garlic (minced])
- 1 cup cheese low fat (crumbled feta, is ok too)
- 2 tsp. red pepper flakes

- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, using your hands is best
- Using a food scale, measure and form into 6oz patties
- Spray grill pan with cooking spray and heat on med/high until very hot
