- 6 cups tortilla chips (I use Tostitos)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (I use Cabot)
- 1/2 cup chedder cheese (Shredded Sharp)
- 1 diced tomato
- 15 oz. black beans (Rinsed, I use Goya)
- 1/2 cup frozen corn (or Canned)
- 1/4 cup jalapenos (Thinly Sliced, or Picked Jalapenos)
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro (Finely, For Garnish, optional)
- 1 cup salsa (Store Bought, I use Mrs. Renfros Ghost Pepper Salsa)
- 15 oz. refried beans (I use Taco Bell or Old El Paso)
- 1 cup enchilada sauce (I use Old El Paso)
- 1/2 Tbsp. adobo seasoning (I use Goya OPTIONAL)
- 1/2 Tbsp. sazon (I use Goya Achiote y Culantro)
- 1/2 cup Taco Bell Hot Sauce (They come in bottles and can be found at most Walmart Loacations)
