  • 1/2 cup parsley (or cilantro, chopped)
  • 2 cups non dairy cheese (shredded, I use Daiya, but any kind that melts would work)

  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 jalapeno (thinly sliced, more depending on your preference for heat)
  • 1 lime (cut into wedges)
