Been making twice-baked potatoes for Christmas dinner for YEARS! Family has grown to 12 members now and not all ate the potato peeling so that part was wasted! Found this recipe on Pinterest. Much, much easier and less time consuming. I used golden potatoes and with my family had to add more cheese. EVERYONE LOVED IT! Heats up well too.
Will be added for our traditional Christmas dinner.
