    These turned out amazingly textured and cooked! Not mushy and each piece held its shape. I halved (and a bit) the receipe so I only cooked it for 6 hours on low 2 setting. I also added Lawry’s seasoning salt, fresh cracked black pepper and thyme to the potatoes and used Gruyere cheese while the potatoes cooked and then topped with marble cheese the last half hour of cooking and then a bit again on top of sour cream on the plate! Definitely a winning receipe!
