- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/4 bowl cottage cheese (crumbled)
- béchamel sauce (see recipe here)

- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup processed cheese (grated)
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
