- 14 oz. extra firm tofu (or firm)
- 2 red cabbage (generous cups)
- 3 large carrots
- 1 cucumber (medium)
- 2 radishes
- black pepper
- 3 tsp. avocado oil (or other neutral oil)
- 1/3 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium tamari (or soy sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger (grated, use the back of a spoon to remove skin)
- 3/4 cup macadamia nuts (raw or roasted chopped coarsely)
- 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 tsp. gochugaru (Korean chili pepper powder or crushed red pepper, or more to taste)
