I like it. I had almond milk & peanut butter on hand. I put a touch of chocolate syrup & frozen coffee cubes in too.

Filling and healthy, but I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor. I think I'll try it again with a little more peanut butter and some kind of sweetener.

I used almond milk instead and it turned out perfect. I was looking for a recipe I could make if I forgot to make overnight oats and this fits the bill. perfect!

Amazing! I loved this. So quick, easy and fairly hearty. The hardest part is remembering to set aside a cup of coffee and freeze a banana. But for someone who wastes about a cup of coffee on a daily basis, this could be an awesome recipe to add to my daily ritual.

It was great. Something fast but filling for breakfast. I do think a strong coffee works best. I used whole milk and peanut butter

Loved the idea. I didnt put any nut butter and replaced oats with muesli which are in itself sweeter. Double shot espresso lungo, banana and half cup milk plus about half cup muesli. Yum

great love this and still get my morning coffee fix ..... i let the coffee sit so it was cold and added alittle maple to it

Thanks Amanda, this recipe is amazing. For those who don't like bananas I added more oats, and suggest having the coffee cold :)
