This is absolutely to die for! It is excellent paired with Cracklin' Chicken. The crunchy almonds and sweet raisins match perfectly and the apple gives this salad a very nice twist! I don't have any method of steaming the cauliflower and carrots, so I boiled mine for a minute or two, just to soften the outsides a bit.
