    Absolutely delicious. This time i didnt want to dirty extra dishes so i roasted the cauliflower at 425° and layered the small (1/4rd) strips of bacon over the top of the cauliflower then occasionally stirred it so the cauliflower cooked evenly and didnt dry out. then i added the sour cream mixtured directly into the cauliflower bacon mix i just roastes and topped with more cheese.

    I used all the ingredients, but before mixing in the fixings, I puréed the cooked cauliflower as my family likes it better smooth, but it was delicious.

    I used less sour cream than instructed to (just because I didn’t have a lot in my frig) and I added a tablespoon of butter but it came out amazing! I will definitely be cooking this again.

    The flavors and texture were nice. It almost tasted like a loaded baked potato. The cheddar was a bit too sharp for my taste. Next time I'll add broccoli and a 4 cheese blend.

    This is so good I couldn't stop eating on it I kept going back for more. I use the raw riced cauliflower. I found the Frozen rice cauliflower is too mushy. oh I definitely encourage you to make this it is so so so good!! Easily five stars.

    Really good! I microwaved to steam the cauliflower and just sucked out the extra water about half way through baking. I needed two heads of cauliflower to fill a 9x13 pan. Will definitely make again!

    need to be sure to cute in to bit sizes and drain the cauliflower well if you cant steam it. Mine had a bit of water in the bottom once it was done. I drained it, moved to another dish, topped with cheese and then melted that. All in all was okay.
