    Loved it! Wife loved it! On keto, missing my potatoes -- this is exactly like a fully loaded potato. Fat fills you up; Can eat as a meal in itself. Great job!

    I added broccoli as well and it turned out great. Was a hit with family who generally hate cauliflower and broccoli
