- hot sauce (Franks buffalo, to taste, about 1 cup)
- 2 tsp. seasoning (powdered ranch)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 lb. American cheese (white, shredded)
- 8 oz. pepper jack cheese (or Monterrey, shredded)
- 2 Tbsp. seasoning (powdered ranch)
- 10 slices pickled jalapenos (or to taste)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- buffalo sauce (to taste)
