- tsp. salt (to taste, for potatoes)
- tsp. black pepper (to taste, for potatoes)
- 2 scallions
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 4 large eggs
- 4 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz. is about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (for eggs)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (for eggs)
- sour cream (for serving)
- hot sauce (for serving)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
