My soup was very thick and tasted floury. I followed the directions to the T. Good soup… just not great! Needed more depth of flavor.

Took me a lot longer then it says but I’m a slow cook. Tastes great and super easy to make.

It's delicious. Potato's were a little undercooked with time provided, but it was good.

It was tasty, flavorful, and filling. I need to figure out the best way to make a smaller portion. Makes a lot

Turned out great! I added leek, garlic, and shallot to the butter and then added the flour to make the roux and it added great depth of flavor!

I made this for my wife that’s having issues with her jaw and removing an impacted wisdom tooth. This was my first time making anything like this and it came out great. I didn’t put the sour cream, but did put more cheese than it calls for. I also added garlic powder and some Tony’s at the end.

tasted really good. added extra bacon and cheese. also put 3/4 lb cut taters instead of the 1/2lb.

Awful. I spent hours peeling, boiling and frying and it tasted so bland! The good thing is, I have about a gallon of wallpaper paste in case wallpaper ever comes back in style.

perfect. made it 1/3 larger for some dear caregivers who attend to our elderly. Be the force for good in this world.

It was hearty....I put ham and mushrooms in it and carrots. I left out the bacon.

Amazing! We added quite a bit more cheese and bacon and even my girlfriend's super picky sisters went back for seconds... 3 times!

Turned out great. Nice hearty soup and it makes a lot! I substituted onion powder for the green onions and it was delicious. Will definitely make again ☺️

Made this last night it turned out pretty good everyone enjoyed it. I didn't mash any of the potatoes though just cubed them and boiled them. My two year old wouldn't even try it but thats no suprise getting him to try new food is never easy.

This soup was amazing! The only thing I changed from the recipe is that I left out the onions on top and put some onion powder in to taste. My picky eaters even asked for more. This will be a regular for cool fall nights! Oh, and it says it makes 6 servings, but my family of five got our fill, three of us having seconds, and we still had two servings for delicious leftovers! BRAVO!
