    Loved the recipe but it definitely took way longer than 35 min. As long as you keep that in mind, it’s a hit! Will make again

    So good! I tripled the recipe for a big family event (30+ ppl) and added more garlic (bc we love garlic). I cubed the potatoes and boiled them, then mashed them and added the mash to my boiling chicken stock before adding it to the soup. I made this the night before to reheat for the event and in tripling the recipe, I would use a bit less flour next time bc it really thickens in a reheat—but still amazing. We topped it with smoked cheddar cheese and aged cheddar (plus the other called for toppings).

    this was great. i used 1.5 cups of milk and 1.5 cups heacy cream instead. also added 1 can of corn before potatoes.

    The recipe works, but onions need to be cooked till clear in begining. Was too much garlic for my taste.
