- 1 lb. asparagus spears (bottoms trimmed off and spears shaved with a vegetable peeler, *See note)
- 1 cup breakfast radishes (sliced English, from about 10-15 small radishes)
- 1/3 cup broccoli sprouts (or other sprouts)
- 3 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
- 3 Tbsp. pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 1/4 cup pistachios (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves (packed)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 Tbsp. tarragon leaves (packed fresh)
- 2 oz. goat cheese (chèvre)
