  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons capers (rinsed, drained)
  • 1 lemon
  • 7 ounces smoked salmon (sliced, cut into strips)
  • 3 tablespoons dill (snipped)

    Directions

    1. Cook linguine in a large saucepan of boiling water according to packet directions. Drain.
    2. Bring cream to a boil in the same saucepan on medium heat. Stir in capers, lemon zest and juice. Return pasta to pan with salmon and dill and toss to coat. Serve with a grinding of pepper.
