  • 50 grams speck (or smoked ham, chopped)
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes (canned, with basil)
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • 350 grams linguine
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • fresh basil (minced)

    Directions

    1. In a frying pan, heat 4 tablespoons of oil and add the onion and speck. Saute for a few minutes.
    2. Add the tomato and cook for another 10 minutes.
    3. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 9 minutes.
    4. Drain the and add to the tomato mixture.
    5. Serve sprinkled with parmesan and basil.
