- 1 spinach (x packet baby leaf, 200gm)
- 1/2 packet bacon (about 5 rashes – cut up into small cubes)
- 1 red chilli (small, seeded and finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (it needs to be garlicky)
- 1/2 cheese (a tub Stracciatella, 125gm – or just use cream and sprinkle over parmesan)

Adapted the recipe with what was in my fridge. Used diced pork instead of bacon, feta instead of Italian cheese, red pepper instead of chilli and spaghetti instead of linguine. Think it would have been better with bacon but still tasty. Very filling so a little goes a long way!
