Loved this recipe! I augmented it significantly by:1
1. Adding about a pound of seafood (half prawns and half scallops). I first sautéed the seafood to be nearly done and then set it aside and re-introduced it just before adding the pasta. (I cooked the garlic and mushrooms in the seafood juice to add that flavor)
2. Added some shredded pecorino at the end when mixing with the linguine.
It was killer.

Really fun and easy to make, however this is a (basically authentic) Italian dish, meaning you will want to have NICE pasta (preferably homemade) so that you can taste it. The actual dish does not have a lot of flavor, so having good pasta definitely helps boost flavor!
