- 3 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 lb. sausage links (Italian, spicy, pulled out of skins)
- 10 oz. diced tomatoes (with green chilies I use Walmart brand or you can use Ro-Tel)
- 14.5 oz. stewed tomatoes (Mexican style tomatoes, I use Hannaford)
- 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes (Italian style, Hannaford)
- 2 cans tomato paste (6 ounces each, roasted garlic Italian tomato paste)
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 4 tsp. garlic (fresh, chopped)
- 2 tsp. celery flakes (dried)
- 3 tsp. ground cumin
- 3 Tbsp. paprika
- 4 tsp. chili powder
- 4 bay leaves
- 3 Tbsp. juice (Jalapeno, from jar or can of jalapenos)
- 1 tsp. hot sauce (Frank`s)
- 6 chicken (bouillion cubes, dissolved in 1/2 cup water)
- 3 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder (Hershey's)
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 2 cans red kidney beans (40 ounces each, I used dark)
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 3 Tbsp. water
