    Used walnuts instead of peanuts. Basil, sage and rosemary instead of parsley. Maple syrup and 3 limes. Great!

    Delicious, this is going to be a staple salad for me!
    Turned out great. I let it marinate overnight before serving, which I felt helped incorporate all of the flavors. I added some leftover meat to my boyfriend’s portion as I knew it wouldn’t be filling enough. I will definitely make this again.
