- 1 1/2 cups lilac (blossoms rinsed)
- food coloring (purple, or red + blue)
- 225 grams butter (1 cup)
- 225 grams sugar (lilac, see above. A heaping cup)
- 4 eggs
- 2 lemons juice
- 1 zest
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 225 grams all purpose flour (2 cups)
- 200 grams cream cheese (A small cup)
- 500 grams powdered sugar (4 cups + more for the right consistency)
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/4 cup syrup (lilac, + more for brushing)
- food coloring (purple, or red + blue)
- lilac (fresh, blossoms for garnish, optional)
