  • 4 eggs
  • 2 lemons juice (1 and zest of 2)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 225 grams all purpose flour (2 cups)
  • 200 grams cream cheese (A small cup)
  • 500 grams powdered sugar (4 cups + more for the right consistency)
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 60 milliliters syrup (lilac, 1/4 cup. + more for brushing)
  • food coloring (purple, or red + blue)
  • lilac (fresh, blossoms for garnish, optional)
