- 1 handful toasted walnuts (Lightly, or pine nuts)
- 1 garlic clove (small, or half a big one)
- 1 pinch salt
- 8.5 oz. pasta (Long shaped, like Linguine or Tagliolini)
- 1 handful coarse salt (for the pasta water)
- 2 Tbsp. pasta water (Reserved starchy)
- 6 oz. green beans (trimmed)
- 1 potato (medium, peeled and diced)
- Parmesan (Extra More, for serving)
