- 1/2 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. anchovy paste (optional, but good for authentic Caesar flavor)
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (fresh, more to taste)
- 1 bunch Tuscan kale (stems removed and leaves finely chopped)
- 1 dry pint cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- 3/4 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 DiGiorno Crispy Pan Pepperoni Pizza
- 2 Tbsp. shaved Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400° F.
- While the oven preheats, make the dressing. Place all the dressing ingredients in a large salad bowl and whisk until smooth. Add additional salt and black pepper, to taste. Add the kale leaves to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the tomato halves onto the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle with garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss with a rubber spatula to coat.
