- 1/3 red onion (diced)
- 1/3 cup pecans
- 1/3 cup fat free greek yogurt (plain)
- 1/4 cup light mayo (may sub additional greek yogurt)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
