- 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning (I use Dak’s Taco Knight)
- 12 oz. lean ground beef (or ground turkey, I use 96% lean ground beef)
- 2 Tbsp. taco sauce (I use taco bell original mild sauce which you can find at most grocery stores)
