- 1 1/2 Tbsp. coconut extract (Amoretti)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. key lime (Amoretti, Flavor)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. coconut milk (canned)
- 3 large eggs
- 2 yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
