  • 4 corn-on-the-cob
  • 1 tomatoes (medium, chopped)
  • 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves (finely chopped)

    This was absolutely delicious! I used probably about half the mayo, just enough to give it some creaminess. It’s also great to add some diced jalapeño if you want a little kick

    With this being the first time I made this, I followed the recipe. Afterwards, definitely less mayo and maybe 1tbs basil. I will definitely try this again for a refreshing summer salad.
