Added a lot more salt so it wouldn't just be pancake flavored. Also substituted regular bisquick because it was on hand. Came out great!

A very good crowd pleaser..lots of zucchini in garden now so nice to have good recipes

Tasty dish. I added some red pepper flakes and topped with shredded mozzerella cheese.
