    These pancakes were incredible! I have never made pancakes with wheat flour. It's actually becoming a new staple for me. This is a great recipe! The pancakes have a nutty flavor and are light and fast so good, you hardly need syrup. The only thing I did do was add 1tsp of vanilla abstract. I made about 12 pancakes and put some in a ziplock so that I can just heat in microwave in the morning. You'll love them!!!
