Turned out good. I substituted almond milk for milk. A little overly banana, I used 3 small. I should have baked them a bit longer. FYI Time in the oven exceed the time in the recipe by a good 5 minutes.

Super moist! Subbed coconut oil for the butter. Added some Cocoa powder and dark chocolate chips. Kids LOVED them!

my new favorite muffin recipe! so light.and fluffy. not overly sweet. just a perfect morning finishing-my-coffee snack!
I also subbed coconut oil. and honey for the syrup, almond milk for milk. perfect muffin base to make any variation!

Yummy! I subbed 2tbsp coconut oil in lieu of the 4 tbsp of butter. Used all whole wheat flour and frozen blueberries. Super moist and not overtly banana. Very much a blueberry muffin and quite delicious! I might reduce the amount of maple syrup next time just because they are sweet already with just the bananas.

Great recipe, I didn't have maple syrup so I substituted with organic raw sugar (approx 1/2 cup) and it worked out really well. The kids nailed them! Beautiful recipe, light and fluffy as titled :)
