    This is very tasty. I liked the swap of yogurt for the mayo. The addition of curry just made it better.

    I’ve made this several times and enjoy it! I’ve started putting in more curry and sometimes use part mayo/part yogurt.

    Must eat immediately because if you make in the morning and keep in the fridge until lunch, it is very watery and not as appetizing.
