- 1/4 purple cabbage
- 1/4 savoy cabbage
- 2 slices beet
- 2 slices bread (homemade)
- 4 tsp. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (with basil and tomato flavor)
- 1/2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- black sesame seeds (to taste)
- parsley (to taste)

Directions
- Cut the cabbage in very thin slices and the beets in thin strips, mix with olive oil and rice vinegar. Let stand for a few minutes while cutting the slices of bread and slightly toasting them. After the bread is toasted, brush with olive oil with a brush and begin to assemble the salad.
- Add the cabbage and beets, then the cream cheese, parsley, and sesame seeds. Sprinkle with olive oil.
