- 1/2 stick butter (or Margarine, I use 1/2 a stick, it really is better that way)
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup light sour cream
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 4 stalks celery
- romaine lettuce (If desired)
- carrots (Chopped or Shaved, If Desired. Use a vegetable peeler to make carrot shavings.)
- 2 scallions (chopped, If desired)
