Amazing!! Though the dough is REALLY sticky after the 1st rise, had to add extra flour while shaping (before 2nd rise) to be able to to shape them bc they were sticking to my hands...
I didn't follow the shaping instructions exactly as listed. I rolled them into balls and then flattened them with my palm and then flattened the edges as I do when making roti/naan and then set them to rise.
OMG they are shaped so well!!
Placed the water bowl on the lower shelf of the oven, not the oven floor.
THIS is the THE homemade bun recipe - they are so light, perfect for hamburger buns!

It turned out pretty good. The bread isn't too soft, so it held up to a thick juicy burger pretty well. I'm not sure if it's the best bun yet, so will try a few more recipes to compare.

These turned out tasty. Although not light, they were moist and dense and delicious. Would be good for a breakfast biscuit with a bit of jam.

Very soft and fluffy! Loved it but had to add in more flour than the recipe. I let it rise in my oven both times because my house was cold. Warmed it up to 80 degrees and then turned off. Worked great.
