- 1 1/2 cups tomato puree (+ 1/2 cup water or broth)

this makes Tikka so easy! try it with chunks of chicken breast, or go vegetarian with potato/ cauliflower or chickpeas. it works with everything. 1/2 this recipe makes about 6 potions of about 1/4 each. Freeze the extra for super easy, super fast meal preparation.

Very good and fun to make! We tossed frozen meatballs into the sauce and cooked for 25 mins. Delish.
