I feel this may be an unfair review, as we don’t follow this recipe and just make our own lettuce tacos, however this introduced us to the concept and we fell in LOVE. The lettuce keeps the crunch of a tortilla shell, and makes the taco taste more fresh. It’s so wonderfully easy, we have these at least once a week. I like mine with just refried beans and my boyfriend loves to make balsamic chicken to put in his! Amazinnggggg😍

Didn't miss the taco shells
Being on a low carb diet, my hubby and I tried this dish. I added some chicken broth, sour cream and cheese to the dish because it was a bit on the dry side. Also added some red pepper for some spice. I ate mine on the romaine lettuce but my husband just made a salad. Tasty either way
