Absolutely delicious. I added corn and doubled the spice except the salt. I also added veggie stock instead of just water.
Will make again!

Thanks for this delicious and simple recipe. I made it almost exactly as instructed and it was great! Did not know what a box of tomatoes was meant to look like, so I just guesstimated about 5 medium tomatoes, and it seemed fine. Served it with a salad and garlic bread

Delicious! Definitely recommend adding a bit of salt at the end as suggested, otherwise it is slightly bland.

I added Cayanne pepper and beef chunks (husband loves his meat!) and let it cook slow for 5 hours! Awesome taste!!!

Followed recipe exactly and it turned out wonderful. Make sure to use coconut oil for best taste. The combination of lentil, kale and quinoa work great and it is a complete and satisfying vegetarian meal. For non-vegetarian I think an addition of grilled chicken on the side would work great.

Really delicious. I used chicken 50% chicken stock in place of 50% of the water. I turned out really nice. I will definitely be making this again. And oh so healthy! Thank you!
