- 1 tsp. cumin

- 1.5 liters stock
- 220 grams quinoa
- 200 grams mature cheddar cheese (packed, grated)
- 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
- 8 grissini (sticks, crumbled roughly - you want to have some big chunks too, use gluten free grissini if required)
- 3 chives (chopped up, to garnish, optional)
