- 12 oz. coconut milk
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves (roughly chopped, and tender stems)
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (such as Frank's)
- 1/4 cup juice
- 2 limes
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- kosher salt
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves (finely chopped, and tender stems)

I like this soup. It's different. I used a jalapeno pepper rather than habenero and was too lazy to prepare the topping and it was still robust.
