This was dissapointing and bland. I used chicken stock instead of water and added about a Tbsp of hot curry paste and ginger and it was still not very exciting.

Very great lentil soup, really this method of doing it can beat the ones in famous restaurants.. I can't really described how delicious it is. I make a litttle changes,
Try adding black mustard seeds and cumin seeds in the beginning before adding the garlic.
Just 3/4 tsp each.
And use coconut oil along with olive oil together. :)
