Very tasty I did add some other veggies, but this will be another family favorite

This is scrumptious! I substituted the cauliflower with broccoli

Very tasty, but I made it with coconut milk I made from the dry powder, canned lentils (rinsed & drained) and diced tomatoes because I thought some chunks of tomatoes would be nice. It was very liquid, so poured it over rice. Next time I will follow the directions and use dried lentils and crushed tomatoes and canned coconut milk. And serve with Naan bread.
