They were breaking apart so next time I make them I'll try adding a beaten egg to keep together. They were very good.

Big hit!!! I added scallions for a little more flavor but my daughters absolutely loved them. Very fun if you want your little ones involved in the kitchen!!!! Making a second batch now to freeze and keep on stock!! Thank you for this wonderful idea.
