So good I added a bay leaf, celery and potatos and I let it simmer for longer as I like my soup thicker it was so delicious. The whole family loved it this is going to be a staple

It was delicious! I did tweak it a little bit. I added a stalk of celery, and I doubled the garlic. It would still be great the way it is, I just love celery and garlic!

So easy to make and with the right amount of seasonings at the end, it was delicious!!!

I enjoyed this! I added two potatoes and more carrots. I also blended the soup down a bit. Added Parmesan, green onions, and croutons for garnish. Yummy and hearty.
